Hello, again to all of our ATRAC members;

I am as surprised as you are to be your President again! Our present slate of officers was re-elected for another two year term at the December meeting and I am sure they join me in saying that we sincerely appreciate this opportunity to serve in our wonderful organization again.

Our December meeting is always such a fun time for our group! Betty Bowling from Montgomery County suggested going to The Rep to see the production of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Coat”. It was such a whimsical story, full of fun surprises and enjoyed by all. Apprentice Information Systems very graciously paid for the tickets for all those attending and Alan Jennings from Apprentice joined us along with our favorite County Judge, Alvin Black, (former Montgomery County Treasurer). Linda Morgan, Union County Treasurer, was able to attend, she looked great and was happy to tell us that she is “cancer free” at this time. Never doubt that God does answer prayers! The meal at Benehanas was absolutely wonderful and we all just “rolled” into the Rep.

I have scheduled the 2010 meetings as follows:

If you are a new Treasurer or already using the Apprentice software, we do hope you make plans to join us on the above dates. We always invite Kent Wilson, our Programmer, to join us and give us updates on the program. It also gives us an opportunity to discuss and solve any problems or questions that we might have.

If you are considering a change to the Apprentice Software, we most certainly welcome you to join us to see what this system is capable of accomplishing for your office and answer any of your questions.
